Red Light Therapy
A small, portable red light box - the LumeBox! It delivers both red and near infrared wavelengths simultaneously from each bulb. I use red light almost every day while reading or journaling. It’s a great 10min start to my morning.
I have become obsessed with getting my steps in every day! My goal is 10,000 but some days I’m up at 12,000-13,000! I used to wear an Oura ring (but it died) and I don’t do smart watches. So, I went old school. Plus I can use it while on the walking pad and still use my hands. A smart watch and Oura ring struggle with walking pads while also working.
I have a sit/stand desk and bought this exact walking pad in September 2023. I love it. In a one hour meeting, I can easily do 5,000 steps! Plus, it has inspired so many others to also get a walking pad. I live in the rainy PNW. While I love walking outside (and have a dog!), it’s not the easiest. This has solved a lot of movement issues, especially with a weight vest.

My Daily Everday Dose
